1) Removes excess water and/or fluids from fish, chicken, pork, venison or veggies.
2) Dust fish, meat or veggies with Lost River Breading mix.
3) In medium size bowl, mix two (2) eggs with 1/2 to 3/4 Cup beer, milk or water.
4) Dip fish, meat or vegetables into egg mixture to moisten.
5) Place remaining Lost River Gold Dust Breading mix into shallow pan for a second dusting. Coat thorougly.
TIP: For easier cleanup, place meat and Gold Dust mix in plastic bag. Close one end of bag and gently shake
bag until coated.
6) SECRET: Place “Gold Dusted” fish or meat on plate and let it “rest” for at least 5 minutes to allow the
breading to “SET” before cooking. This allows the batter to adhere and will allow it to stick better to the fish
when fried or baked.
7) Deep fry or pan fry until golden and Crispy~Crunchy delicious!
